Underground parking for rent: Wola, Warsaw

Before you sign

• Check the clearance height if you drive a van, a tall SUV or anything with a roof box. It is usually signed at the entrance ramp.
• Look at the bay itself: pillars beside it can make a nominally standard bay hard to get out of.
• Ask how you get in (remote, card or app) and how many are handed over. They belong in the handover report.
• The building's garage rules apply to tenants too. They often forbid storing tyres or anything flammable in the bay.
